I THINK MY EXPERIENCE, BOTH AT DELOITTE, EVER BANK, CSX, EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE LEARNED WORKING IN THOSE POSITIONS HAS REITERATED THE FACT THAT I ENJOY BEING AN AUDITOR. BUT THOSE ARE SOME THINGS THAT AGAIN, UNDERSTANDING MORE OF THE COUNTY AND WHERE WE HAVE THE REVENUES COMING IN AND WHERE WE SPEND THE MONEY IN THE COUNTY AND SOME OF THE PROJECTS THAT ARE UPCOMING AND SOME OF

ONE THING I WORKED WITH OUR IT DEPARTMENT WOULD DO IS TO COMPLETELY AUTOMATE THAT PROCESS. WE WERE ABLE TO CREATE THE REPORT AND ALL OF THE INFORMATION OUT OF IT. ULTIMATELY, WHAT GOT EVERYBODY ON BOARD WITH THAT ULTIMATELY WAS AN ISSUE, IT WAS SOMETHING THAT NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED, WAS THAT WE FOCUSED ON THE SOLUTION.
