THE LINE ITEM INCLUDES THE CONSTRUCTION. STATE ROAD 21 FROM 16 TO COUNTY ROAD 215 THAT'S THE RESURFACING PROJECT. AND THAT WAS A STATE PROJECT REQUEST AS WELL. COUNTY ROAD 220 FROM 209. THAT'S ONGOING PROJECT. GLAD TO SEE SOME ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THAT. ONE FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY. ONE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION.
