WHEN IT WAS FIRST STARTED AS A SOIL BOARD, DURING THAT PERIOD WE WERE IN CHARGE OF HELPING THE RANCHERS AND FARMERS AND PEOPLE THAT WAS ON THE BOARD WAS RANCHERS AND FARMERS , WITH SOIL MANAGEMENT.
