ALSO WE HAVE KIND OF ASKED THEM TO GIVE US MORE INFORMATION SO PART OF THAT REASON IS WHY JJ HARRIS AND THOSE GUYS WERE HERE AT THE LAST BCC MEETING TO BRIEF YOU GUYS. WE INTEND FOR THAT TO HAPPEN AT LEAST QUARTERLY, AND MORE IF NEEDED. I THINK SPECIFICALLY WE ARE GETTING MORE OUT OF THEM.

THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTION HAS REQUESTED CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FACILITIES SUCH AS ADDITIONAL MEZZANINE SQUARE FOOTAGE, HVAC IMPROVEMENTS, ADDITIONAL LIGHTING AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARKING LOT.

WE ARE STILL WORKING ON FINESSING THOSE TERMS AND THE AMENDMENTS THAT THE COUNTY MANAGER HAS BEEN IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE LANDLORD. WE JUST NEED TO FINE-TUNE THE AMENDMENT WITH COUNSEL FOR THE LANDLORD. DUE TO THE SUPERVISOR WOULD LIKE THOSE IMPROVEMENTS TO BE COMMENCED PRETTY SOON. WE WOULD JUST LIKE TO BE ABLE TO

BRING THAT DIRECTLY TO THE BOARD NEXT WEEK. >> IT'S THE SAME FACILITY?

IT DOES ADD SPACE IN THE MEZZANINE, APPROXIMATELY 1200 SQUARE FEET. THE ADDITIONAL PARKING AREA, THIS WAS SOMETHING TO NEGOTIATE. WE JUST BASICALLY GOT DONE. IT HAS A HUMP TO IT.

IT HAS A SLAB THAT WAS THERE THE BUILDING COULD BE BUILT UPON. I NEGOTIATED WITH THEM JUST TO PREPARE THE AREA, LEVEL IT AND GET IT DONE RIGHT SO THAT THERE IS PARKING THAT IS THERE.

THERE WAS SOME REQUEST BY THEM, BY THE LANDLORD TO PAY A FEE FOR THEM NOT TO BUILD THEIR.

I JUST SAID WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE PARKING LOT READ ON. AGREED TO THAT.

DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR DOES ADD UP, AND I HAD IT HERE JUST A MINUTE AGO.
