WE BELIEVE THAT SHE HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT. SO IT'S STILL AN OPEN CASE. IF SOMEBODY COMES FORWARD WITH SOMETHING, MAYBE THERE MIGHT BE A PROSECUTION INVOLVED.

IT TOOK A LOT OF EFFORT ON OUR SIDE TO GET HER OUT OF OUR FATHER'S HOUSE WHERE HE WAS STAYING IN FLEMING ISLAND, AND SHE WAS REALLY TRYING TO TAKE HIM TO THE BANK . BUT THAT'S A WHOLE OTHER STORY. THE MLS PAGE, A REALTOR SENT IT TO ME AND I SENT IN EMAIL WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. IT SHOWS THE INITIAL COMPLAINT THAT WAS MADE AGAINST HIM, SHOWING THAT HE WAS INFORMED IN JUNE OF 2021, THAT IT WAS OVER THE SETBACK, IT WAS PART OF THE PROBLEM. I SHOW THAT THE INITIAL LIKE VIOLATIONS AND THE INFORMATION THAT HE GOT, STATING THAT IT WAS SEEN AND THEY THOUGHT THEY SAW IT WAS IN VIOLATION AND HE HAD A CERTAIN AMOUNT TO GET IT DONE. SO THERE'S LETTERS FROM I BELIEVE, FEBRUARY AND MARCH, TO INFORM HIM TO MOVE THE SHED. AND THEN , AFTER BEING FINED, HE MOVED IT AND BROUGHT IT BACK ONLY AFTER WE HAVE THE THING FIXED. SO I ALSO ADDED AN IMAGE FROM JANUARY OF 2023, SHOWING THAT THOUGH IT WAS CLEARED , YOU KNOW, IT WAS REMOVED, BECAUSE HE AGREED IT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED BUT HE IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT IT BACK. AND NOW, US DOING THIS, THE REASON WE DIDN'T FILE A COMPLAINT SOONER, IS BECAUSE THERE IS AN IMAGINARY LINE THAT KIND OF DIVIDES THE DRIVEWAY, THAT'S NOT AN ACCURATE LINE. IT'S PUSHED OVER SO THAT LOOKS LIKE HE ACTUALLY OWNS MORE, AND HE HAS PUSHED THE NARRATIVE THAT HE OWNS THE MAJORITY OF THE DRIVEWAY, SO HE HAS THE RIGHT TO USE IT HOWEVER HE SEES FIT, AND THAT LINE IS TO SHOW US HOW MUCH HE CAN TAKE UP, LIKE HOW MUCH SPACE HE CAN TAKE UP WHICH IS ALSO NOT ACCURATE. IT'S JUST BEEN A CONSISTENT PROBLEM OF HIM PUSHING OVER BOUNDARIES AND PUSHING THE STORYLINE THAT'S NOT ACTUALLY TRUE. AND I DID LOTS OF DIGGING, SO I DID SEND LOTS OF INFORMATION AND I HAVE LOTS MORE INFORMATION THAT SHOWS THAT HE'S BEEN WRONG FOR SEVERAL REASONS.
