IT IS SPECIFIC TO THIS PARCEL AND NOT APPLICABLE TO ANY OTHER LANDS IN THE AREA. THE PLACEMENT OF THE HOME AND THE LOCATION OF THE D.O.T. EASEMENT IS NOT THE RESULT OF ACTIONS OF THE APPLICANT. THE GRANTING OF THE VARIANCE WOULD CONFER ON THE APPLICANT PRIVILEGE DENIED TO OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE AR ZONING DISTRICT.
