Committee Agenda Items
1. Approval of the Insignia Contract along with annual advance payments for maintenance of software and non-bid item for artwork and book reviews, for a term of five years, at the cost of $135,000.00 (which includes the complete five year term and the cost for artwork and book reviews). This Contract is a result of RFP No. 15/16-19.
2. Approval of a budget transfer between General Fund divisions to cover the initial costs for the Integrated Library System. This transfer consists of a total transfer of $55,000.00 for FY 15-16. $26,500.00 of the transfer is within the Libraries Administration budget, with an additional transfer from the MIS division in the amount of $28,500.00.
3. Approval of an Interlocal Agreement for diesel fuel services next to McRae Elementary, with the Clay County School Board, with the price contingent upon fuel purchases and rates established in the Agreement, for the period of August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017.
4. Approval to post notice of intent and award Bid #15/16-22, Cameras and Door Security Upgrade at the Emergency Operations Center (Rebid), to Security 101 in the amount of $28,108.00. Award includes Base Bid, Alternate 1 (Server Migration), and Alternate 2 (OnGuard Software License). Four (4) companies attended the pre-bid meeting with only one submitting a response. It has been determined that the bid proposal meets the needs of the Department and is within budget.
5. Approval of the request, by the property owners along Baker Road, to place Speed Humps as part of the Dirt Road Paving Project.
6. Approval of the Warranty Deed from Gustafson's Cattle, Inc., for a ten foot strip of land designated as additional right-of-way for County Road 15A.
