1. Approval of Certification for Local Government Approval for Nonprofit Organizations for 2016 Emergency Solutions Grant for Quigley House. Funding Source: Not Applicable (Peggy Payne/S. Kopelousos)
2. Approval of the Agreement with Yellowstone Landscape-Southeast LLC, for right-of-way and stormwater pond mowing services, for the term of two years and the County reserving renewal options. Payments will be made utilizing the unit cost amounts. Estimated cost per year is $93,045.30. Funding Source: 101-3701-546100 (Trans Trust Fund -- Streets & Drainage -- Repairs & Maint) (D. Smith)
3. Approval of budget transfer in the amount of $300,000 from General Fund Reserves for Contingency to the Risk Management/Safety Division in order to provide for unanticipated expenditures of workers compensation claims. 4. Approval of the Agreement with Capital T Enterprises, Inc., for the resurfacing of Camp Chowenwaw Park Swimming Pool at the cost of $88,581.00. The project was originally provided for in the 2015/2016 budget, but is being shifted to the 2016/2017 budget as work will not begin and be completed until after the current swimming season ends. 5. Approval of the Second Renewal to Agreement #12/13-111 and advance payment, with Curvature LLC (formerly Network Hardware Resale), for Cisco hardware maintenance, for a term of twelve months, at a cost of $29,674.00 plus freight. 6. Discussion of FY 16/17 Nonprofit Agency presentations for budget funding requests for the upcoming fiscal year for the following agencies.
