2. Approval of the First Amendment to Agreement #2015/2016-82, with Military Museum, Inc., for clarification of qualified expenses, with no change in the funding amount. Funding Source: 001-2505-582400 (Gen Fund -- Aid to Private Orgs -- Aid to Military Museum of N FL) (K. Thomas)
3. Approval for the release of an existing drainage easement, as recorded in Deed Book 83, pages 369-371 of the public records of Clay County, Edgewater Landing Subdivision. Funding Source: Not Applicable (D. Smith)
4. Acceptance of Maintenance of Streets and Drainage for Eagle Perch Subdivision. (D. Smith)
5. Approval to post notice of intent and to award Bid #15/16-18, Right-Of-Way and Stormwater Pond Mowing, to J. T. Ruby Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $44,351.40. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired. Bid provides mowing services for 1,781 acres of right-of-ways and 149 acres of stormwater ponds at various locations throughout Clay County on attached Appendix A. 6. Approval to post notice of intent and to award Bid #15/16-16, Auctioneering Services, to Florida Surplus Auctions at a commission rate of 10% for first $50,000 with 1% of remaining for on-site auctions; additional 4% commission rate for on-site and internet streaming auctions. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired. A copy of each bid response is attached for review. (D. Moore)
7. Approval of reorganization of county divisions to form the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Division which encompasses the supervision of the Building and Grounds Maintenance, Custodial Services and Parks and Recreation. (J. Bethelmy)
