1. Approval for the Supervisor of Elections to apply for FY 15/16 Federal Election Activities (FEA) Grant. The grant amount allocated to Clay County is $22,821.54 and requires a fifteen percent County match in the amount of $3,423.23. An allocation of up to $5,000.00 was approved by the Board in the FY 15/16 County Budget to cover the matching funds for the Federal grant. The intent of these funds will be to pay for Train the Trainers which are brought in to help us teach Poll Worker training, a statutory requirement for every poll worker for each election, as well as, offset the costs for ballot stock, sample ballots, voter guides and other pertinent election publications. 6. Approval of First Renewal to Bid No. 13/14-18, Limerock Base to Liberty Trucking, LLC with no increase in price. This annual bid provides limerock as needed Countywide. 7. Approval of Supplemental Agreement No.1 to Agreement No. 15/16-2, with J.B. Coxwell Contracting, Inc., to address the maintenance of traffic regarding the Oakleaf Village Parkway box culvert replacement, at the lump sum cost of $78,375.00. This Supplemental Agreement is a result of the February 9th BCC meeting in which the Board authorized staff to proceed with a maintenance of traffic solution. 8. Approval of request to submit the Volunteer Fire Assistance Grant Application to the Florida Forest Service, for the purpose of placing a 4-wheel drive truck in service for wildland firefighting.
