1. Approval to waive the purchasing policy and purchase one washer and two dryers from Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales in the amount of $36,433.00. These are industrial style units and will replace current failing units located at the jail. Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales is the authorized UniMac distributor for our area; however other distributors have provide quotes which are much higher and in some cases did not include installation. The Jail currently has Unimac washers and dryers and utilizes Southeastern Laundry for repair and service needs. To maintain standardization, it is requested that Southeastern Laundry be utilized for purchase and repair needs related to laundry equipment for the jail. 2. Approval of Engagement Agreement for Michael Kahn, P.A. to represent the County in litigation. (M. Scruby)

3. Approval of new policy allowing the Risk Manager, with the approval of the County Manager and the Finance Director, authority to approve insurance claim settlements not to exceed $50,000. (D. Moore)

4. Approval of four applications for submittal to FDOT's Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) for portions of the following; CR 315C, CR 209, CR 214 and CR 215. If applications are approved and funded by HSIP, there will be no cost to the County for matching funds. (J. Beck)

6. Approval, contingent upon the approval of the aforementioned funding agreement, of Budget Resolution in the amount of $13,893.00 to record unanticipated revenue from the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management, 2015 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP) – Issue 13. These funds are to be used by the Emergency Management Division to secure a contractor to conduct Clay County Emergency Management’s portion of a Regional Hurricane Exercise. 7. Approval to submit the Department of Health Emergency Medical Services Grant Application and if awarded the acceptance of State funds for the purpose of securing 10 LifePack 15 cardiac monitors and associated components. Anticipated grant amount is $390,000 and would require a 25% match from the county, with the grant term of one year. 8. Approval of Amendment # 1 to Agreement No. 13/14-114 with ACD Telecom, LLC for Two-Way Radio Consulting Services in the amount of $94,900.00. 9. Approval of the Letter of Engagement with The Fiorentino Group, for representation of Clay County with Florida's executive and legislative branches of government, for the period of January 12, 2016 through September 12, 2016, for the fixed fee amount of $5,000.00 per month (total: $40,000.00).
