2. Approval of the First Amendment to Agreement #2015/16-8, FY 15/16 Adult Drug Court Funding, with Clay Behavioral Health Center, Inc., with no change in the term or funding amount. 3. Approval to award Bid #15/16-3, Document Scanning Services, to Image StoreHouse, LLC. Staff recommends rejecting the bid from Pioneer Records Management who did not accurately bid “Estimated Quantity of Pick-ups and Returns per Trip.” Accurate bid on the item would increase the total cost by $22,621.50. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired, assuming no protests are received. A copy of each bid is attached for review. 4. Approval to post notice of intent and to award Bid #15/16-2, Mowing Services, to the lowest bidder J & D Maintenance and Services of North Florida, LLC, in the amount of $68,992.00. This bid provides mowing services for multiple buildings throughout the County. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired. 6. Approval to award bid # 15/16-5, Baker Road Paving, to Besch and Smith Civil Group, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $875,930.40. Baker Road was previously approved by the Board as a dirt road paving project. The roadway consists of 1.1 miles of dirt road paving and miscellaneous drainage work. 8. Approval of the First Amendment to Agreement #15/16-45, with the Clay County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) Pipes and Drums Corps, with no change in term or cost. This First Amendment allows for the additional uses of maintenance and repair of uniforms and equipment. Reimbursement remains subject to the fees proceeds received by the County prior to 9/30/16, that have not been spent or encumbered by the County.
