6. Recommend approval of mowing services contract with Yellowstone Landscape Southeast, LLC in the amount of $29,592.00. This contract provides mowing and grounds maintenance services of 9 county parks. The contract provides a provision which reserves the right to add or delete locations and includes a per acre rate that can be utilized as needed. Funding Source: 001-3210-534600 (General Fund - Parks & Recreation - Temporary Labor)
8. Finance Business The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.

Bailey v. Clay County, Clay County Circuit Court Case No. 2013-CA-1388.
