Recommend awarding Bid #14/15-45, Temporary Labor Services and award of Contract, pending review, to Ameri-Force Industrial Services, Inc. for temporary labor services for use by various Departments in supplementing in-house labor forces. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired. A copy of each response is attached for review. Labor Ready's bid was considered non-responsive as the vendor stated in several areas of the bid that they could not meet the specifications and mandatory requirements of the bid. Finance Business The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
