5. Approval of report and recommendation regarding civil action against Clay County (JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. v. Tammy L. Hall, et al., Clay County Circuit Court Case No. 2015-CA-622)
6. Request approval to award Bid 14/15-33, Bear Run Drainage Improvements, to J. B. Coxwell, Inc. in the amount of $616,794.60. Approval will be effective after 72 hour bid protest period has expired. A copy of each bid is attached for review. Funding Source: 305-6024-563000 (CIP - Stormwater - Bear Run)
Per the Purchasing Policy, the County Manager must inform the Board when the lowest quote is not selected. Approval has been issued to St. Johns Housing Partnership for SHIP inspection services at a rate of $850 per inspection. A lower quote of $800 per inspection was received, however the vendor did not meet the requirements of the solicitation. Funding Source: 116-0110-549800 (program services)
