Gardner, Deceased, et al., Clay County Circuit Court Case No. 2015-CA-313)

Approval for the release of a portion of the Southerly 48' of the Northerly 66' of a 20' wide drainage easement, lying along the rear of Lot 30, Block 8, Park West, Unit #3, as recorded in plat book 14, pages 14-15 of the public records of Clay County. The physical address is 706 Tropical Parkway, Orange Park, Florida.
4. Approval of request by the Garden Club of Middleburg to Place a Memorial By-Way Marker at the Middleburg Civic Association
5. Finance Business The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
