2. Approval of Fair Share Agreement between Clay County and Dr. B. Craig Price (8,000 SF Veterinary Hospital)
3. Approval of Certification of Local Government Approval for the State of Florida's 2015 Emergency Solutions Grant to prevent homelessness for Community Connections.
4. Approval of Certification for Local Government Approval for Nonprofit Organizations for 2015 Emergency Solutions Grant for Quigley House.
5. Approval to award Bid 14/15-26, Redi-Mix Concrete to Hard Rock Materials for orders that are less than 5-Cubic Yards and award to Prestige Concrete Products for orders that are more than 5-Cubic Yards. By using both Vendors, it will save the County money due to the cost of delivery of Redi-Mix less than 5-Cubic Yards. A copy of each response is attached for review. Funding Source: 101-3701-553000 Cost: TBD as needed
6. Finance Business The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
