6. Acceptance of final Streets and Drainage of Pine Ridge Plantation Tract C Phase 2. Construction of Phase 2 of Pine Ridge Plantation Tract C has been complete and is in compliance with Clay County's Land Development Regulations. (J. Beck)
7. Approval of Construction/Maintenance Agreement and accompanying resolution for the FDOT construction of S.R. 21 from 800 feet south of Brananfield to Old Jennings Road, to be funded by FDOT. (J. Beck)

Finance Business The Finance Department business is submitted to request approval and ratification by the Board for various warrants and disbursements in order to meet the requirements of Ch. 136.06 (1), Fl Statute. Acceptance and disposal of various Board property and various documents are submitted for the Board's information. At times, approval is requested for various finance related issues.
