IT'S AN EARLY SESSION THIS YEAR. SO THE BIG PUSH IS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE EXPANSION OF THE PERMISSIBLE USES OF TDT DOES NOT HAPPEN. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR DELEGATION AND THE ENTIRE FLORIDA STATE LEGISLATURE UNDERSTANDS THAT THE IMPORTANCE OF PROTECTING THE TDT AND WHAT IT CAN BE USED FOR. LAST YEAR WAS A LITTLE SCARY WITH THAT. >> IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. IT WILL BE PUSHED AGAIN, ESPECIALLY BY SOME OF YOUR FISCALLY CHALLENGED COUNTIES. THEY'RE SMALLER, LIKE BRADFORD COUNTY, FOR EXAMPLE, I THINK DERIVES ABOUT $300,000 FOR THE YEAR FOR TDT. THEIR CONTENTION IS THAT THEY CAN'T DO TOO MUCH WITH THAT OR ENOUGH THAT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE. SO THEY WANT TO BE ABLE TO UTILIZE IT FOR ROADS, OR FIRE STATIONS OR THOSE KIND OF THINGS. AND THE LEGISLATURE HASN'T QUITE FIGURED OUT WHAT TO DO WITH THAT. WHETHER IT SHOULD ALLOW THEM TO GO DO THAT OR NOT. YOU KNOW, IN THE MEANTIME, WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE AND WE GET SQUEEZED. BECAUSE THE BIG COUNTIES, LIKE ORANGE COUNTY, I DON'T KNOW, $350 MILLION A YEAR THAT THEY DERIVE OUT OF THEIR TDT. YOU KNOW, THEY'RE ITCHING TO GET THEIR HANDS ON SOME OF THOSE MONEYS TO BE ABLE TO DO OTHER THINGS WITH THE RATIONALE THAT WELL, TOURIST DRIVE ON ROADS, WE NEED TO REPAVE THE ROADS AND THOSE KIND OF THINGS.
