THEY DO GET A PREFERRED DISPOSAL RATE AS A FRANCHISEE, YET THEY ALSO PAY THE FRANCHISE FEE IS 14% OF GROSS RECEIPTS FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE UNDER THE FRANCHISE.
