FIRST OFF, WE WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE APPROVAL FOR THREE RENEWAL TO OUR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR FLORIDA BLUE. THAT IS TO CONTINUE THE CLAIMS PROCESSING AND ALSO TO HAVE THE PRESCRIPTION DRUG PROGRAM RUN THROUGH THERE. AND THAT WOULD BE RENEWAL FOR JANUARY 1, '23 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2025.
FOR THAT, WE WOULD NOT HAVE ANY RATE INCREASE THAT WE PAY IN ADMINISTRATIVE FEES CURRENTLY PER MONTH.
FOR 2023. WE WOULD HAVE A SMALL INCREASE OF 3% FOR '24. THEN THAT WOULD REMAIN THE SAME FOR '25. ALSO AS PART OF THAT, WE WERE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE A THREE-YEAR WELLNESS BENEFIT.
OUR CURRENT ANNUAL BENEFIT IS $70,000.

THAT IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY WE ARE HAVING THIS APPROACH THIS YEAR. ONE OF THE MAJOR CHANGES WOULD BE TO ELIMINATE ONE OF OUR CURRENT BENEFITS PLANS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE. WE HAVE A 727 PLAN.

SO WE HAVE ONLY 4% OF THE POPULATION THAT PARTICIPATES IN THAT. AND THAT COMPRISES OF 23 ACTIVE EMPLOYEES AND 33 RETIREES. FOR THE ABOUT A ACTIVE EMPLOYEES THAT, WOULD SHIFT THEM TO A PLAN THAT IS VERY, VERY SIMILAR TO THAT CADILLAC PLAN. THE COST TO THEM WOULD BE MUCHLESS. ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
AND OUR RETIREES, WE WOULD HAVE 24 RETEE RETIREES ELIGIBLE TO GO

WE STILL WOULD REMAIN MUCH RICHER IN THE PLAN DESIGN THAT WE WOULD HAVE IF WE WERE TO BE APPROVED FOR THIS THAN SOME OF THOSE OTHER ENTITIES. AND I KNOW OUR CLAY COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, THEIR PLAN IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE COUNTY'S AS WELL. THE NEXT ITEM WOULD BE THE STOP LOSS RENEWAL. THAT HAS AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, '22. WE ARE REQUESTING THE OPTION 3 WHICH WOULD KEEP OUR RATES... OUR MONTHLY RATES THE SAME, BUT THERE WOULD BE SOME ADDITIONAL COST TO THE COUNTY OVERALL.
AND THEN BASED ON SOME OF THE CLAIMS EXPERIENCES THAT WE HAVE, WE WOULD HAVE THREE INDIVIDUALS LASERRED OUT FROM THE GENERAL GROUP. THE REASON WE WOULD LASER THEM OUT, WE ARE GUARANTEED THAT THEIR CLAIMS WOULD BE AT A HIGH LEVEL BASED ON THE TYPE OF MEDICAL SITUATIONS THAT THEY ARE FACING. WE CURRENTLY ONLY HAD ONE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS LASERRED OUT. WE KNOW WE WILL HAVE SOME HIGH-COST CLAIMS IN THE NEW YEAR IF GOAL IS TRYING TO KEEP SOME OF OUR COSTS TO AS BEST OF A CONSISTENT LEVEL FOR THE MONTHLY COSTS THAT ARE VERY PREDICTABLE THE OTHER COSTS ARE BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE OF SOMEBODY HAVING A CLAIM AND HAVING A COST TO THE COUNTY. WE WOULD RECOMMEND OPTION 3, AND THEN ALL THE OTHER INSURANCES, WHETHER IT IS DENTAL INSURANCE, VISION INSURANCE, LIFE INSURANCE PRODUCTS, AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY PRODUCTS, THEY WOULD HAVE NO RATE INCREASES FOR THE
