IT WAS A PRETTY LARGE DECREASE FROM OVER MAY. WE LOOKED INTO IT AND IT WAS DUE TO THE SEARCH QUERIES FOR THE MARKET DAYS.

THEY DROVE A LOT OF ORGANIC TRAFFIC IN MAY FOR YOU GUYS.

AND BECAUSE THAT EVENT IS OVER, NOBODY ELSE IS LOOKING FOR IT ANYMORE. I DID WANT TO SHOW YOU THAT ADDED LANDS ON PAGE 4 HERE, YOU CAN SEE 2021 OVER 2022, AND YOU CAN SEE THE ACTIVITY FOR SESSIONS FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE WAS HIGHER THAN PREVIOUS YEAR, AND THEN ALSO HIGHER THAN MAY.

RIGHT NOW IT IS STILL ON GOING AND WE ARE LARGELY THROUGH IT IS REVIEWING PEER DESTINATIONS. WE HAVE IDENTIFIED SIX AND THE NUMBER HAS PEER DESTINATIONS THAT WE ARE COMPARING CLAIRE COUNTY AND LOOKING -- CLAY COUNTY AND LOOKING AT WHAT THEY HAVE IN TERMS OF OUTDOOR ADVENTURES AND IN TERMS OF HOTELS AND SHOPPING THAT WE DON'T HAVE.

WE HAVE SOME QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS THAT WE CAN LOOK AT.

WE ESTABLISHED A NUMBER OF BENCHMARK CASE STUDIES.

IT IS THE GRASSROOTS PERSPECTIVE TO GROW THIS AS A DESTINATION.

MEANING EVERYBODY MADE IT THROUGH ALMOST THE ENTIRE SURVEY. AND THE FEEDBACK WE FOCUSED ON ARE STRENGTHS AND CHALLENGES OF CLAY COUNTIES -- CLAY COUNTY? TO WHAT EXTENT IS CLAY REACHING POTENTIAL TODAY AND WHETHER IT IS BUILDING ATTRACTIONS OR AN EVENT OR FESTIVAL OR MARKETING AND PROMOTION. WE COLLECTED ALL OF THOSE IDEAS.

AND WE EVEN HAD SOME IDEAS OF OUR OWN THAT WE WANTED TO GET THEIR TAKE ON IT. WE HAVE SOME OF THE PRELIMINARY IDEAS THAT WE CAME UP WITH THUS FAR.

LAST YEAR WE HAD A GOOD YEAR, BUT ACTUALLY NOT AS GOOD AS THE YEAR BEFORE. WE WERE VERY, VERY FORTUNATE IN COVID SEASON. IN 2020 WE WERE THE LAST SCOTTISH EVENT TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND HOLD AN EVENT IN THE UNITED STATES BEFORE THE COVID RESTRICTIONS WENT IN.

2021 CAME AROUND AND WE WERE THE FIRST SCOTTISH EVENT IN THE UNITED STATES AND EUROPE TO BE ABLE TO PRESENT OUR EVENT RIGHT AFTER THE COVID RESTRICTIONS WERE LIFTED.

AND WE PROBABLY HAD ONE OF THE BEST TURNOUTS WE EVER HAD IN 2021. THIS PAST SEASON WASN'T QUITE AS GOOD, BUT WE STILL HAD AN EXCELLENT TURNOUT.
