WE GET TO ENGAGE WITH OTHER DISTRICTS THAT WE DON'T HAVE ALL OF THE ANSWERS AND NEITHER DO THEY.

WE SHARE AND STEAL AS MUCH AS WE CAN TO TRY AND MAKE OUR COUNTY AS GOOD AS OTHERS. I THINK THE COUNTY FOR THE OPPORTUNITY. IN MAY OF LAST YEAR WE RECEIVED A WRITTEN REQUEST FROM THE SCHOOL BOARD SUPER INTENDANT USING THE SYSTEM.

WE DID SOME HOMEWORK AND WE CAME FOR A RESPONSE IN OCTOBER THAT WE THOUGHT TECHNICALLY WE HAD THE ABILITY TO DO THIS.

WE ALSO HERE, PROVIDED GUIDANCE ON INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WHICH WAS SUBMITTED TO THE SCHOOL BOARD.

WE DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF CONTACT FOR A FEW MONTHS.

IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR THE SCHOOL BOARD APPROVED THE AGREEMENT BUT IT WASN'T THE ONE WE SUBMITTED TO THEM.

SO IT GOT BACK TO US AND WE HAD DISCUSSION ABOUT THAT, WHAT HAPPENED. AND THE CHANGE.

THE AWARD TO THE DEVELOPER IS FORGIVEN AS SOON AS HOUSES BUILT AND THE AWARD TO THE HOMEOWNER IS FORGIVEN AT THE END OF THE 30 YEAR TERM. THE OTHER STRATEGIES REPAID THROUGH MOBILE HOMES.
