SO THEIR STATUTORY OBLIGATION IS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX DOLLARS THAT ARE COLLECTED ARE SPENT WISELY. AND ACCORDING TO STATUTE.
SO, THAT'S WHAT WE TALK ABOUT IN OUR MEETING ON MONDAY.

BUT THEY ARE NOT USING THEM 365 DAYS A YEAR.

SO THE OTHER VISIT IS THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE MOVED HERE RECENTLY. THE ACT LIKE VISITORS THE FIRST SIX MONTHS THAT THEY ARE HERE. THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR WAY AROUND. THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE THE COOL PLACES TO EAT ARE. AND WE WANT TO BE THAT RESOURCE FOR THEM. THE OTHER THING THAT THEY BRING TO THE TABLE IS THE MINUTE THAT FAMILY AND FRIENDS HERE THAT THEY HAVE MOVED TO FLORIDA, GUESS WHAT? EVERYBODY'S COMING TO VISIT.
