WE HAVE SOME ADDITIONS TO PAY FOR DEVELOPMENT COUNSEL QUARTERLY PAYMENT. AND TO THE NORTHEAST FLORIDA REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL. ONCE WERE LOOKING AT THE BUDGETS AND HOW MUCH WAS NEEDED TO BE PAID. I HAD TO ADD TO THE BUDGET FOR THOSE. ANOTHER AREA WE HAVE A RETIREMENT AND SO THE PAYOUT NEEDED FOR THE RETIRED INDIVIDUAL. WERE ALSO GOING TO BE ADDING A NEW ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY POSITION. WE WILL BE FINDING THAT FOR THE REMAINING 6 MONTHS OF THE FISCAL YEAR. WE ALSO HAVE VEHICLE REPAIRS ON THE VEHICLES AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT. SO WE NEED TO COVER THAT COST. WE HAVE SOME LEGAL FEES THAT CAME UP WITH THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS. HAD TO ADD THAT IN TO COVER HIS COST THERE. A COUPLE OF ADJUSTMENTS THAT WERE DONE WERE, WE WANT TO CREATE A NEW COST CENTER THAT WOULD PROCESS DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE COUNTY. IF SOMEONE DROVE OFF THE ROAD AND TOOK OUT A LIGHT POLE OR THERE SOME SORT OF VANDALISM AT A PARK OR SOMETHING. THIS WOULD TAKE THE BURDEN OFF THE DEPARTMENTS AND EVERYTHING WOULD BE PROCESSED THROUGH THE CENTRAL AREA.

OVERSEEN BY RISK MANAGER. IN THE INSURANCE OF BEING INVOLVED, THEY WILL RECORD THE REVENUE COMING IN ON THE EXPENSE BURDEN BUT ALSO BE WOULD COME OUT OF THIS AREA RATHER THAN THE DEPARTMENTS. JUST HAVING TO EAT IT IF THEY COULD. SO, IT SEEMED LIKE A MORE EFFICIENT WAY TO PROCESS ANY DAMAGES THAT OCCUR ON COUNTY PROPERTY. THEN LASTLY, WE HAVE, WHICH IS ESTABLISH A LOCAL PROVIDER PARTICIPATION FUN. THIS WAS FOR HOSPITALS TO BASICALLY PAY FOR SOME IMPACT AREAS.
