THESE ARE THE CODES, AND 82% INCREASE. 3-TO ZERO NINE 81% AND 320061 100% DECREASE. YOU HAVE ACTUALLY MADE SOME HEADWAY AND THAT TOO. BREAKING IT DOWN FURTHER, 75 YEARS OLDER INDIVIDUALS SAW AN 80% INCREASE IN ADMITTANCE AND 0-4-YEAR-OLD SAW AN INCREASE. BREAKING IT DOWN FURTHER, THAT ÚIS A 61% INCREASE FOR MALES. THE INDIVIDUAL THAT NEEDS HELP BUT DOES NOT KNOW THE ASSISTANCE OUT THERE FOR THEM AND THE THIRD GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT ARE NEGATIVELY INFECTED BY THE STIGMA IT IMPOSES. WE WANT TO ADDRESS THAT ISSUE HEAD-ON TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WE HAVE SERVICES OUT THERE WHERE THEY CAN GET HELP. BETWEEN 2018 AND 2,019TH 2,000 PEOPLE IN NORTHEAST FLORIDA NEEDED THE SERVICE. WE WORKED WITH COMCAST TO ESTABLISH HOOSING ONE OF THE [00:30:06] FIVE VARIOUS, THEY START LOOKING OUT WHAT IS THE MOST GOOD THEY COULD DO, WHERE COULD THEY EXTEND THEIR LINES. ALTHOUGH MINORITIES HAVE INCREASED OVER THE LAST YEAR FROM 7.8% TO 10%.
