IT'S FOR AN ADDITIONAL 1.19 CREDITS FOR ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF $95,200 WHICH IS THE SAME DOLLAR VALUE PER CREDITS WE ORIGINALLY HAD LAST YEAR. THE REASON WE'VE GOT TO DO THIS IS BASICALLY THE AGENCY, THE WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WAS NOT WILLING TO COME OUT DURING COVID OF LAST YEAR SO WE WENT WITH WHAT WE HAVE OUTLINED AS WETLANDS. THEY CAME BACK OUT REVALIDATED AND WERE BETTER POSITION TO SAY THE CAN GO BACK AND PURCHASE MORE AND I DON'T THINK WE GET MUCH OFA CREDIT. ON TO NUMBER 2. IN A LOCAL AGREEMENT WITH SCHOOL BOARD ACCOUNTING CONCERNING POND USE

AND SANDRIDGE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS. MR. DENDOR? >> THANK YOU SIR. ALSO CARLOS CAMPUS WITH WTI IS THE OWNER AND REPRESENTATIVE HE'S HERE REPRESENTED BOTH OF THESE ITEMS. HE'S BACK BEHIND ME. IN RELATION THIS ITEM IS IN RELATION TO PROJECT NUMBER 4 INVOLVES IMPROVEMENTS ALONG SANDRIDGE ROAD FROM HANLEY ROAD TO THE WEST OF COUNTY ROAD 209.

SANDRIDGE ROAD IS BEEN WAITING FOR THE EXISTING 2 LANE RULE ROAD TO A 3 LANE URBAN SECTION WITH CURB AND GUTTER, SIDEWALK, CENTER LANE. TO ACCOMMODATE THE STORM WATER RUNOFF. WERE ENTERING AND REQUESTING LOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CLAY COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD AT NO COST. IT'S BASICALLY MODIFYING SOME EXISTING PONDS THAT ARE ON SITE THERE. WHEN IS FILLING IN A LITTLE BIT OF A POND AND WERE TAKING UP A LITTLE BIT OF A DIRT PARKING LOT THEY CURRENTLY HAVE IN MAKING A LARGE POND. THIS GIVES US THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS AND CURB AND GUTTER IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOLS THERE. OUT OF THE CORNER OF HENLEY AND SANDRIDGE.

THIS IS NEW COST AND THE SIMON, THE SCHOOL BOARD WILL RETAIN THE OWNERSHIP AND THE COUNTY
