COLLEGE DRIVE IS A FREEWAY THAT CONNECTS THIS PROMOTES ARTS AND CULTURE IN NORTHEAST FLORIDA.
WHEREAS THEIR EXISTING COMMUNITY EFFORTS TO COOK CREATE A DESTINATION ALONG COLLEGE DRIVE, AND WHEREAS MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY ENGAGE IN A DELIBERATIVE PROCESS TO DETERMINE THE NEEDS THAT WOULD ASSESS WITH THE EFFORTS TO TRANSFORM COLLEGE DRIVE INTO A DESTINATION, AND WHEREAS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CLAY COUNTY FLORIDA DESIRE TO PROVIDESUPPORT TO THE INITIATIVE TO ENHANCE THE AREA ALONG WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITY AND NONPROFIT EMPLOYEES, RESIDENTS AND OTHER LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.

OBVIOUSLY, THE PUBLIC SECTOR IS EVEN HIGHER AT 50,000. I ALWAYS LIKE TO COMPARE AGAINST EVERYONE ELSE. JACKSONVILLE'S POPULATION AS GROWN BY 16.6%.
TWO TIMES THE AVERAGE POPULATION GROWTH RATE. ONE OF THE TRENDS WE ARE SEEING, NOW THAT PEOPLE WORK FROM HOME THEY CAN LIVE WHERE THEY WANT. WE ALSO HAVE GREAT HOME PRICES.
YEAR OVER YEAR, SALES PRICE CHANGES, KEYSTONE HEIGHTS WITH 36.6%.

COLLEGE DRIVE BEING ONE I BECAME FAMILIAR WITH SEVERAL YEARS AGO HAVING DONE A LAND USE DEAL THERE. RIGHT AROUND THE SAME TIME COLLEGE DRIVE INITIATIVE WE WERE HAVING CONVERSATIONS ABOUT WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE IN THE FUTURE.
WE LOOKED AT COLLEGE DRIVE AS A PARCEL THAT WOULD BE SOLD, AND WE JUMPED ON IT IMMEDIATELY.
THE BOARD RECOGNIZED THE NEED FOR REDEVELOPMENT CONSIDERING -- CAN YOU PUT THAT BACK UP FOR ME.
