WHAT WAS BID BEING $3.5 MILLION WITH ALTERNATES AS WELL. THAT WAS UNDER THE CIP AND UNDER WHAT THE ENGINEER ESTIMATE WAS AS WELL. EXPENDITURE TO DATE.
WE HAVE WITH THE DESIGN AND THE LAND PURCHASE THEN DAMN REPAIR FROM EXCAVATING.
